Return and Exchange Policies


***We Ship International*!! Most of our products are downloadable, so you can receive them immediately. But any CDs we will gladly ship. ***

Orders are usually shipped 1-3 days after your order. Orders are shipped from our Troy, OH office.   Please allow 14 days for your order to reach you.  If you have not received your order after 14 days, please contact us.

If you want to know approximately what your shipping costs will be, add your desired items to your cart and start the checkout process. The first checkout screen will show you what you will be charged for shipping based on the items in your cart. You will need to be logged in to do this.

If you pay by check, money order, or PayPal e-check, you order will not ship until the funds are received and clear.

Returns/Exchange Policy


General Returns Policy

You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by DSP within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement. Items should be returned in their original packaging. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.

If you do not receive your item (domestic) within 2 weeks of the shipping date, your purchase may be reshipped or refunded.

Items that are Not Returnable

· Any CD or software that has been opened/taken out of its plastic wrap. (If you discover that the item is defective after the package is opened, a full refund or replacement will still be granted.)
· Any item not returned in the condition it was received.
· Any item 30 days after delivery.
· Any item that shows obvious signs of use.

Order Updates for Downloadable Purchases

We are happy to update your order for redownload if you send an email to with the the following information in the subject line:
ORDER UPDATE REQUEST: Put your order number here
ORDER UPDATE REQUEST: Multiple Orders (include the order number listing in your email)
You will not receive an email response. You will receive an order update notification from your account when the update has been made.
*****Please note our stock changes from time to time and some items may discontinued and not available for download even though we have updated the order. Club Digital Subscriptions sent by email are not updatable.*****

Exchange for Duplicate Purchase of a Download

Effective 12/15/07 - Due to the volume of customers we assist every day, we can no longer offer exchanges or refunds for duplicate purchases or the wrong size Plopper purchased. 

* If you are unsure if you have purchased a product, you can now find this in the product description.  When logged in, you will be notified right above the "Add to Cart" button if you have already purchased the item.

DSU Refund Policy

Effective 12/31/07 - Refunds may be issued at 100% if requested before the start of classes or 75% if requested before the second lesson is posted. No refunds may be issued after the second lesson is posted.
Registration fees may be transferred to another class if requested before the second lesson is posted. No refunds or transfers may be issued for self study classes.
Please contact us in the case of emergency or crisis and we will work with you to get you into the next session.

Refund Policy for Two Week Classes - If you are enrolled in a two week class, a refund will not be issued after the first lesson has been sent out.
