Important: You must print off and staple your original order receipt and this license together for the commercial licensing to be valid. The product you are licensing must have been purchased at regular price and not discounted in any way. Coupons are not valid on Commercial Licensing and Commercially Licensed products; use of coupon on either of these voids the commercial license agreement.

For PRE-PURCHASED CDs, You can find the required information by locating the order from which you purchased the CD. Log in to your account at the store > Click on My Account at the top of the store screen > Locate the "previous order" with the item you would like to license > View the order > Make note of the Order number at the top left of the screen > Under products, you will find the Product Name, keyword code and price. Enter all this information in the form below to validate your license.
